The service
DYSHEA provides interactive programming lessons, browser-based code execution, projects, practice challenges, certificates and optional AI guidance. Features may change as the platform develops.
Beginner Pass
The Beginner Pass is a one-time purchase granting the purchaser ongoing access to the DYSHEA Python Beginner content offered under that pass. It does not include future paid levels, subscriptions or unrelated learning paths unless explicitly stated.
All Access and Family subscriptions
All Access includes the paid learning content currently available and new levels released while the subscription remains active. Family is intended for a household of up to four learners and includes the same current and future learning content. Some profile and cross-device features are still being expanded during beta.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown during checkout until canceled. You may request cancellation through dysheaai@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewal and access remains available through the paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Access and device storage
Signed-in learners can sync supported progress, XP, streak and purchase access with their DYSHEA account. Some browser data may remain local for continuity. Keep your Paddle receipt and contact support if account or purchase recovery is needed.
Accounts and fair competition
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and for activity under your account. Public nicknames must not impersonate others or contain abusive content. League and Arena activity may be removed or adjusted when automated submissions, score manipulation or other unfair behavior is detected.
Payments and refunds
Paddle is the merchant of record and processes payments, applicable taxes, receipts and payment-related refunds. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Refund eligibility and requests are described in our Refund Policy. Support requests can be sent to dysheaai@gmail.com. Refunded purchases may lose paid access.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse the platform; bypass usage limits; manipulate leaderboards; or use the AI tutor to transmit unlawful or sensitive content.
Educational disclaimer
DYSHEA is an educational product. Completion, certificates and projects do not guarantee employment, admission, income or professional qualification.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an evolving basis. We work to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every exercise, AI response or third-party service will always be error-free. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
