Refund Policy

Payment provider
DYSHEA purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, subscription billing, cancellations and payment-related refunds.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined under Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Unless required by law, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable. Paddle may review requests individually, including requests made within 14 days of a transaction.
If DYSHEA is materially unavailable, not as described or affected by a persistent technical issue that prevents access to the purchased features, contact us so we can first try to resolve the problem.
How to request a refund
Use the receipt or subscription-management link in your Paddle confirmation email, or visit paddle.net and select the refund request option. You may also contact dysheaai@gmail.com with the purchase email and transaction details so we can assist.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Canceling an All Access or Family subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed payment. Unless a refund or applicable law requires otherwise, access remains available through the end of the paid billing period. Subscriptions can be managed through the link in the Paddle confirmation email.
After a refund
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on Paddle, the payment method and the buyer's financial institution. Access associated with a fully refunded purchase may be removed when the refund is confirmed.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available under the laws of the buyer's country. Where applicable law or Paddle's policy provides greater protection, that protection applies.
